Carlo Di Leo (manager/coach) is entering his 3rd year with BYFC. He decided to start training the children when he heard from the Bransgore School mums that they needed an U6/7s coach and came on board to help out with Paul Squires taking on the U7s last year and is looking forward to the new season with the U8s as they go up in to the non competitive league.
Since taking on the task he has never looked back and the squad has about 9-10 players who turn out every Saturday in almost any weather. Carlo firmly believes that life values can be taught on a pitch such as working as a team, communicating, respecting each other and fair play. As well as the serious side to the training sessions on a Saturday morning, he is always making sure that there is a big sense of fun for the children at this young age.
