Best practice guide

The FA Charter Standard is a kitemark, which recognises and rewards high quality levels of provision in club and league football. The kitemark is awarded to clubs and leagues that are well run, sustainable, which place child protection, quality coaching and safety paramount.

The Charter Standard Scheme is best practice guide that sets standards of coaching, administration and child protection for clubs working with young people. As a benchmark for quality, it will improve the playing experience for all.

In June 2006 Bransgore Youth F.C. were awarded the FA Charter Standard. This was a key aim of all involved in the setting up of the club as we all felt this was important as this would form the basis of how the club is to be run. From here we are now looking to increase our relationships with local schools such as Bransgore Primary School.

We would like to thank The Hampshire County Football Associationfor their support and assistance in reaching this goal.
